These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Nailsmap (“NailsMap”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of the NailsMap salon discovery and booking platform. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (together, the “Service”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, making a booking, listing a salon, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms in full. You represent and warrant that:
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” then refers to that entity.
Additional terms may apply to specific features, campaigns, or promotions offered through the Service. Those additional terms will supplement these Terms. Where they conflict with these Terms, the additional terms will control for the relevant feature.
NailsMap is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent salon businesses. Through the Service, customers may:
Salon partners may create and manage a business listing, publish their services and prices, receive booking requests, and manage their appointment calendar.
NailsMap acts solely as an intermediary between customers and salon partners. We do not employ stylists or technicians, do not perform any salon service, and do not control how a salon delivers its services. Each salon is an independent business that decides its own staffing, working methods, service quality, and, unless displayed on our platform, its own prices.
We do not guarantee that any salon, time slot, or service will be available, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any service provided by a salon partner. The terms “salon” and “salon partner” in these Terms mean any business that lists services on the Service.
Certain features of the Service require an account. When you register, you must provide a valid name, phone number, and email address. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them with anyone. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Salon partner accounts require accurate business information, including the legal name of the business, address, contact details, and information about the representative creating the account. You represent that you are the owner of the salon or an authorized representative with the power to list the salon, publish its services, and accept bookings on its behalf.
Salon partners must keep their listing, including services, prices, hours of operation, and photos, accurate and current.
We may refuse registration, suspend accounts, or revoke access where information is false or misleading, these Terms are breached, the account creates a security or legal risk, or suspension is required by law. You remain responsible for obligations you incurred before any suspension or termination.
A booking request becomes a confirmed booking when the Service displays a confirmation for that booking, either automatically or after the salon accepts it. By confirming a booking, you agree to attend at the scheduled date and time and to pay the applicable price under Section 5.
Cancellation by you. You may cancel a booking without charge if you do so before the cancellation deadline shown to you during the booking process. Each salon sets its own cancellation window, which is disclosed before you confirm the booking. Cancellations made after the deadline, late arrivals beyond any grace period set by the salon, and no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or charge for the full service price, as disclosed by the salon before confirmation.
Prepaid bookings. If you cancel within the allowed window, any amount you prepaid for that booking is refunded in accordance with Section 5. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider.
Cancellation by the salon. If a salon cancels your booking or cannot provide the service, you may choose to rebook at another available time or receive a full refund of all amounts you paid for that booking.
Rescheduling. You may request to reschedule a booking, subject to the salon’s policy and availability. A reschedule request made after the cancellation deadline is treated as a late cancellation.
Cancellation by NailsMap. We may cancel a booking where we reasonably believe it involves fraud, a safety risk, a legal requirement, or a serious breach of these Terms. Where we cancel a booking for reasons not attributable to you, you will receive a refund of amounts paid for that booking.
Repeated no-shows. If you repeatedly fail to attend confirmed bookings, we may restrict or suspend your booking privileges.
Pricing. Prices, inclusions, and any optional add-ons for salon services are set by the salon and displayed on the Service before you confirm a booking. The salon is responsible for the accuracy of its listed prices.
Payment processing. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe or Sepay, under their own terms of service. Depending on the booking, the processor may collect payment on behalf of the salon or on behalf of NailsMap. NailsMap may not hold your funds directly. By completing a booking, you authorize the applicable processor to charge the total amount shown to you, including any taxes or fees that apply.
Refunds. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control.
You are responsible for any taxes or charges that apply to your purchases under applicable law. All payment transactions are also subject to the terms of the relevant payment processor.
Salon partners agree to the following obligations:
As a salon partner, you may receive personal data of customers, such as their name, phone number, and booking details, only to fulfil their bookings. You must protect that data and use it for no other purpose, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action we consider appropriate, including removing content, withholding payouts where fraud is reasonably suspected, suspending accounts, and reporting conduct to law enforcement.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the NailsMap name and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Nailsmap and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other licence is granted. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, such as reviews, photos, and listing materials. You grant NailsMap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and promote that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and market the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit that content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You may not use the NailsMap name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent, except to make a truthful reference to the Service, such as when you describe where a booking was made.
To report intellectual property infringement, contact [email protected] with a description of the material and evidence of your claim. We will review valid notices and take appropriate action.
To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free availability.
NailsMap is an intermediary platform. Salon partners are solely responsible for the provision, quality, safety, legality, and results of the services they offer. Any dispute about a service must be resolved in the first instance between you and the salon that provided it. We may help you contact the salon, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NailsMap and its directors, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, your inability to use it, or the conduct of any salon partner or other user.
Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the total fees you paid to NailsMap through the Service during the twelve months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of Vietnam, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct where such limitation is prohibited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nailsmap, its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Service; content you submit; your breach of these Terms or of applicable law; or any dispute between you and another user or salon partner.
If you are a salon partner, this obligation also covers claims arising from the services you provide, your listings, and your breach of Section 6.
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with our defence of such claims. We will give you reasonable notice before assuming exclusive control.
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected], subject to any bookings you still have pending.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, create a risk or legal exposure for NailsMap, or if your account has been inactive for an extended period. We will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach where circumstances allow. For serious breaches, including fraud or threats to the safety of others, we may act immediately without prior notice.
When your account is terminated, bookings confirmed before termination remain subject to their original terms, and amounts paid for bookings that cannot proceed are handled under Sections 4 and 5. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination, together with any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
We may also discontinue the Service, or any part of it, with reasonable prior notice where circumstances allow.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
If a dispute arises between you and NailsMap, you and we agree to first attempt to resolve it in good faith through direct discussion within thirty days of the dispute arising. If the dispute is not resolved, it will be submitted to the competent People’s Court in Vietnam.
If you are a consumer, you also enjoy any mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived, and nothing in this Section limits those rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will give reasonable notice through the Service or by email to the address associated with your account, and we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.
Changes take effect on the stated effective date. If you continue to use the Service after that date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account before the changes take effect.
